Responsible Gaming
A 3.5-hour online session for Alliance members and their teams on protecting players without killing the game.
The Alliance's second workshop of the autumn turns to responsible gaming: how we identify at-risk players, what we're each required to do, and what actually works in practice across lotteries of our size. Two keynotes are planned.
What we'll cover
- Share how each member handles player protection today — tools, policies and blind spots.
- Benchmark against upcoming regulation and industry standards across our markets.
- Discuss early-warning signals and what to do when a player crosses a line.
- Explore how responsible gaming and loyalty/marketing can coexist rather than conflict.
- Gain insight into player-protection technology and behavioural research from our two keynotes.
- Identify areas for shared tooling, policy templates and knowledge sharing in the Alliance.
